The Call that will calm your chaos

What is this Strategy Call and what will happen? 

During the Call it will be important for me to: 

1) Understand IF and HOW I can help you

2) IF and HOW my products and services can be perfectly adapted to your situation, in order to give you the best possible result.  

Warning: this Call does not intend to sell you anything! 

This is a cognitive call where we understand if we can work together following a common path. So if you agree to continue the path of opening a Gym with us, we will then formulate an offer and a Successful Plan to get into action.

If at the end of the Call we must have concluded that what we do does not fit perfectly with your situation, it will end with a "virtual" handshake. Otherwise we could evaluate two or three options to move from the Top version of our Services to an Entry Level version.  

During the Call we go through an initial consultation, even if only to understand if I can be useful or not. I'll ask you a series of questions that will cover the following topics:

1. What is your Target Client? Young, old, adults, sportsmen, sedentary, athletes, people with physical problems, etc.  

2. What kind of Services and Classes do you propose? And at what level of service: Private, semi-private or group lessons?  

3. Do you already have a Space Available for the gym and, if so, how is it made up and how big is it?  

4. Do you already have a clear idea of Running Costs and how much would you like to earn?  

5. Do you have a total spending Budget Available that you do not want to exceed? 

6. When do you want to Inaugurate your Gym?
